
Central Motor Bank Parking Lot – Jefferson City, MO

This project involved a major reconstruction of the site around the existing motor bank. Replacement of vehicular pavement included a reconfiguration of traffic patterns. In addition, a new cross walk was provided between the Motor Bank facility and the Financial Center across Miller Street. New vehicular pavement is stained concrete while the walks are unit pavers. This project was conducted in phases in order to cause as little disruption to daily operations as possible.

Cole County Law Enforcement Center Bid Package 3A – Building Concrete Structure – Jefferson City, MO
Contract Amount: $2,628,700
Work under bid package 3A consist of all concrete structures including piers, footings, foundations, shafts, slabs and miscellaneous site pavements and amenities. Unique characteristics include 32-foot high cast-in-place walls with a limestone foundation appearance from reusable form-liner panels. Some below-grade walls contain earthen tiebacks for structural support. Approximate combined square footage is 150,000 square feet.

Thomas Hill Energy Center Environmental Controls Retrofit – Clifton Hill, MO
Contract Amount: $4,308,803
This project was completed one month ahead of schedule and consisted of rerouting of an existing roadway, demolition of existing foundations and construction of concrete foundations for the new booster fan, SCR reactor and damper area. The foundations included drilled concrete piers, micropiles, pier caps, pile caps, grade beams, spread footings and mat foundations.

Boone Hospital Center, WilliamsStreet Garage, Bid Package #2 – Columbia, MO
Contract Amount: $7,500,000
The 940-space garage has five levels of parking to serve the hospital’s main campus. Primary work consisted of all concrete structures including footings, foundations, columns, beams and slabs. Unique to this project is the post-tensioned concrete system utilized on the elevated slabs and beams. The tower crane with 213-foot of jib was utilized for hoisting materials to all levels of the garage. The finished structure is combines to approximately 338,100 square feet.
