Sigma Phi Epsilon Building Renovation – Rolla, MO

Contract Amount:  $2,135,145

Complete renovation of the fraternity house consisting of three floors, plus a finished basement. Interior existing rooms were reconfigured to accommodate modern student living practices.  An existing porte-cochere was enclosed for a new and expanded kitchen.  The building received all new interior finishes, windows, doors, exterior siding, roof and storm drainage, electrical and mechanical systems as well as a new addition to the north side of the facility.  The site was totally reconfigured with a new 41-space parking lot and new paving around the building.

Isle of Capri Casino – Boonville, MO

Contract Amount:  $14,211,670

A new seven story hotel was constructed with a multipurpose room and promenade built  with post-tension concrete and cold-formed metal framing, exterior insulation finish system with finish colors to match the existing casino. The interior consists of 140 guest rooms and suites, hospitality room and offices.  Promenades were built to connect the hotel with the new entrance lobby of the casino and the new multipurpose room.

Tanglewood Restaurant and Banquet Center – Fulton, MO

Contract Amount:  $919,320

Built adjacent to the Tanglewood Golf Course, the facility is a wood frame structure with exterior finishes that include James Hardie-panel siding, masonry brick veneer and architectural shingle roof.  Stained concrete was used on the bar countertop and banquet room floor.  Wood flooring completes the dining room and staircase.  The full kitchen on the main level serves the restaurant.
