SIRCAL employee-owners on a jobsite

Building Central Missouri Since 1992

For more than three decades, SIRCAL Contracting has delivered quality construction solutions throughout Mid-Missouri. What began as a family-owned company has grown into a 100% employee-owned organization dedicated to excellence, integrity, and lasting relationships.

Built on Family Values. Driven by Employee Ownership.

SIRCAL Contracting was founded in 1992 by the late Al Hentges and his son, Chris Hentges. What started as a small commercial construction company has grown into one of Central Missouri’s most trusted builders, completing projects for universities, healthcare facilities, schools, and private owners throughout the region.

In 2019, SIRCAL became an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) company, giving employees a direct stake in the company’s success. This ownership culture creates accountability, pride, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results for every client.
